Assalamualaikum, for the new article i would like to talk about healty lifestyle for student. This is to keep we,student to get more fit mentally and physically for the learning process.Hope this information will give you a better life in the future and also make you get a better result in exam to come.
From all-night studying to midnight pizza runs to endless opportunities for alcohol, being in school can make it difficult to maintain healthy habits. Fortunately, student life doesn't have to mean sacrificing your health. Even when you're stressed out and surrounded by tempting choices, making an effort to avoid the most common health-wreaking traps can help you keep your grades high, your mind sharp and your body fit.

Diet

Maintaining good eating habits is vital for staying healthy as a student. Access to cheap fast-food joints, vending machine snacks and cafeteria food can make it easy to pack on the notorious "freshman 15" weight gain, and pressure to stay thin can cause some students to succumb to eating disorders. However, with proper planning, you can make healthy diet choices as a student. To eat well on a student's budget look for sales and specials in grocery stores, use coupons, purchasefresh produce that's in season, buy frozen or canned vegetables when fresh varieties are unavailable or expensive, select whole-grain breads, opt for low-fat dairy and buy foods in bulk.

Although sitting through classes and spending evenings studying can make it difficult to find time for exercise, staying physically active is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. Along with keeping you fit, exercise can help you relieve the stresses of schoolwork, conflicts with your friends and romantic relationships. To integrate exercise into your student lifestyle, take advantage of your campus's gym, walk or bike instead of driving, use your free electives for physical education classes, or join an exercise-oriented organization at your school -- such as a hiking club, yoga club or dance team.

Sleep

Getting adequate shut-eye can be difficult as a student, but sleeping enough each night is vital for staying healthy and excelling in your classes. Sleep helps you boost your memory, improves your ability to retain information, keeps your metabolism working smoothly, improves your mood and supports your immune system -- in turn helping you ward off colds and other illnesses that often strike students. Schedule your days to include plenty of time for slumber, and avoid late-night study sessions by finishing your school work in plenty of time before it's due.

Stress

Juggling academic, personal and social obligations as a student is often a recipe for stress. To keep your lifestyle as stress-free as possible, work on your time management skills by prioritizing your obligations, avoiding too many extracurricular activities, balancing socializing with adequate study time and sticking to a regular daily schedule. If stress or anxiety becomes overwhelming, consider using your campus's counseling services or finding a trusted friend or relative to talk about your life with.
